Return Policy

 

RETURNS

 

If you are not satisfied with your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order, we will be happy to process refund or issue store credit. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer any exchanges.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached and/or in original packaging. There should be no signs of use, such as deodorant marks, make up, perfume, stains or tears. If there are any signs of use you will forfeit your eligibility to return or to receive store credit and your package will be sent back to you.

 

All hair accessories and intimates are FINAL SALE. 

 

You can request a return by emailing INFO@SIERRAONMAIN.COM. Please list order number in subject line, make sure to let us know what the reason of return is and your request of a refund or store credit.

 

Once returns are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

**All returns require a 4 business day processing.

 

SALE ITEMS

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

To return your product, please contact INFO@SIERRAONMAIN.COM with an order number or proof of purchase.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
